The couple’s appearance comes weeks after they were spotted attending a Philadelphia Eagles game together, coordinating their outfits in the team’s signature green.

Hadid bundled up in a leather jacket over a Kelly green sweater with a plaid scarf, while Cooper kept it casual with a dark gray hoodie and green baseball cap.
