Amazon Prime and Sony unveiled the first official poster for Spider-Noir during Brazil’s CCXP25 event, giving audiences an atmospheric first glimpse at the upcoming live-action series. The poster shows a frosted glass office door labeled “B. Reilly – Private Investigator,” capturing the vintage noir aesthetic the project aims to embrace. A small spider crawling across the door strengthens the mysterious, shadowy tone that the series is expected to deliver.

The reveal confirms that Nicolas Cage will star as Ben Reilly, portrayed as a tough private investigator with a history as a masked vigilante. Cage previously voiced the Spider-Noir incarnation of the character in Into the Spider-Verse, but this series marks his first time playing the role in live action. Ben Reilly exists in an alternate universe set during the 1930s, separate from Peter Parker and rooted in a Depression-era version of New York.

The project offers a darker interpretation of the Spider-Man mythos, favoring detective storytelling and noir influences over traditional superhero themes. The show will be available in both black-and-white and color formats, maintaining its stylistic homage to classic noir films.

Spider-Noir is part of Amazon’s expanding collection of Marvel-based series produced with Sony. The show is planned for release in 2026 and joins a slate of multiverse-focused Spider-Man spin-offs that operate outside the conventional Peter Parker continuity.
