Source claims Jennifer Lopez is upset that Alex Rodriguez did not mention her in his docuseries

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly unhappy after discovering she was not included in Alex Rodriguez’s recently released docuseries Alex vs ARod.

The pair, who began dating in 2017 and became engaged in 2019 before ending their relationship two years later, were expected by some followers to address their past in the project.

According to Closer, a source claimed Lopez had anticipated being referenced in the series. The insider said she was “bracing to be in that documentary,” adding that the possibility of her inclusion “was a huge topic of conversation for months.”

When the series was released without any mention of her, the source described the outcome as “shocking” and “embarrassing” from Lopez’s perspective.

The source further said Lopez viewed the omission as significant, stating: “The fact he’s effectively erased her existence and chosen to totally remove her out of his life story is highly insulting and triggering.”

The report referenced previous speculation linking Rodriguez to Madison LaCroy, though LaCroy has said the two were “never been physical.” The insider added that Lopez was still affected by past issues in the relationship, noting: “There was all this talk about his mistakes from Alex about how he could have treated” her differently.

The source also claimed there was “absolutely no mention of J.Lo as though she never even existed,” and suggested Lopez felt Rodriguez “owes her plenty of apologies for what went down between them.”

The insider added that Lopez believed she had supported Rodriguez, including “his post-playing career as a businessman,” and was surprised not to receive any acknowledgement.

According to the source, Lopez “can’t understand why he wouldn’t give her any credit for that,” and is reportedly considering telling her own side of the story.
