Kevin Spacey says he’s ‘homeless,’ performing as nightclub singer in Cyprus
Exiled from Hollywood, Kevin Spacey says he has ‘no home’

Kevin Spacey, the two-time Oscar-winning actor, says he is living out of hotels and Airbnb rentals in Cyprus while hoping for a Hollywood comeback nearly a decade after a sexual misconduct scandal sidelined his career.
In a Wednesday interview with The Telegraph, Spacey, 66, described his financial situation as “not great” and said, “I literally have no home, that’s what I’m attempting to explain.”
He lost his Baltimore residence to foreclosure and now travels wherever work takes him, performing standards at a local nightclub.
Spacey has been largely absent from Hollywood since actor Anthony Rapp accused him in 2017 of making a sexual advance in 1986.
While Spacey has admitted to inappropriate behavior, no criminal or civil court has found him guilty or liable of sexual crimes.
Drawing parallels to the Hollywood blacklist era, Spacey said that just one ally could restore his career, citing the example of Kirk Douglas supporting blacklisted writer Dalton Trumbo.
He added, “So, my feeling is if Martin Scorsese or Quentin Tarantino call Evan [Lowenstein, Spacey’s manager] tomorrow, it will be over. I will be incredibly honored and delighted when that level of talent picks up the phone.”
Spacey insists he believes redemption is possible: “And I believe it’s going to happen.”
