Dry, cold spell forecast across country

ISLAMABAD:

The National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has released a comprehensive weather advisory, forecasting dry and cold conditions across most parts of Pakistan in upcoming days.

According to the NEOC, a new westerly wave has entered the region, bringing the potential for light rain and snowfall in northern areas, particularly in Chitral, Dir, Malakand, Abbottabad, and Mansehra on Nov 3 and 4.

Residents in these regions have been advised to prepare for colder temperatures and possible travel disruptions.
