Hailey Bieber is making headlines for her candour - tackling career rumours, online trolls, and beauty misconceptions - all while balancing life as a mother and entrepreneur.

Speaking on Owen Thiele's 'In Your Dreams' podcast, the 28-year-old model firmly dismissed persistent rumours that she manages her husband Justin Bieber's career. on a personal note however, she expressed the desire to have more kids.

"A couple months ago it was like, 'Hailey is doing management for her husband,' like I'm taking over to be his manager," she said with amusement. "There's no world in which that would ever… but also that's my husband, what do we think is going on here?"

The speculation began after Justin parted ways with his long-time manager Scooter Braun in 2023, but Hailey called the idea "so ridiculous and far-fetched". She added that while she wouldn't mind recording a fun duet with Justin for laughs, she has no plans to turn their marriage into a business partnership.

Away from showbiz chatter, Hailey revealed details about her evolving approach to beauty and self-care. She said she has made a personal commitment not to get cosmetic Botox until her 30s, though she has used the injectable in her jaw for medical reasons related to temporomandibular disorders (TMJ).

"When I get there, I'll see if I even want to do it," she said, stressing that she prefers natural treatments derived from her own body, such as platelet-rich plasma and fibrin therapy. Hailey's discipline extends to her skincare habits. "I could be wasted to the point of seeing double and still wash my face," she joked, adding that she never goes to bed with makeup on.

The Rhode founder, whose brand was acquired this year by e.l.f. Beauty in a $1 billion deal, also reflected on how her beauty philosophy has matured - moving from heavy makeup in her teens to embracing a more natural look today. "I've never felt more beautiful, never felt sexier, just embracing my skin," she said.

The model also addressed recent online trolling, saying she isn't offended by people who compare her appearance to that of trans women. "Trans women and trans men are some of the most beautiful people in the world," she said. "So, if someone says I look like a trans woman, I just think they're calling me gorgeous."

Her response, which quickly went viral, drew praise from fans who lauded her for turning an insult into a moment of empowerment. It also echoed her long-standing advocacy for inclusivity - in 2023, she signed an open letter organised by GLAAD urging social media companies to combat hate speech against queer communities.

At home, Hailey and Justin are focused on their 14-month-old son, Jack Blues. "I know I want more than one," she said, adding that while she isn't in a rush, she hopes their son will have siblings. "It's so fun - I love being a mum. I always knew I wanted to be one."

From debunking rumours to promoting kindness and authenticity, Hailey Bieber continues to prove that confidence - not controversy - is her brand.
