Cardi B responds after Nicki Minaj apologizes to daughter Kulture

Cardi B has responded sharply after Nicki Minaj’s attempt at an apology, escalating their long-running feud.
Earlier this week, Minaj issued a rare public apology to Cardi’s daughter, Kulture, after admitting she crossed a line in their online exchange.
Minaj had previously referred to Kulture with disparaging terms such as “a roach” and “a monkey,” but said the child was “innocent” and didn’t deserve to be caught in the middle of their rivalry.
Cardi B, however, refused to accept the gesture. Instead, she fired back with several tweets directed at Minaj’s son. One read: “I’m sorry that your mommy haven’t cut you a birthday cake for the past 3 days cause she can’t take my success or happiness…” In another, she added: “Please don’t hate me when you grow up cause your mommy rather give me more attention than she gives you… hopefully when somebody that really cares about her puts her in rehab and get her the help she needs…”

Cardi’s tweets quickly went viral. Fans were divided, some defended Cardi for standing her ground, while others criticized both rappers for dragging children into their feud.
The animosity between the two stars dates back to 2017 and has erupted multiple times, both online and in public. Their rivalry peaked with a physical altercation at a New York Fashion Week party in 2018, and has continued to resurface in music, interviews, and social media exchanges.
This latest chapter underscores how deeply personal the feud has become, with both artists’ families now caught in the crossfire.
