Nicholas Galitzine marked his 31st birthday by sharing a selfie that highlighted the results of his physical training for his role as He-Man.
The British actor, who recently finished filming Masters of the Universe, posted the image on Instagram Stories on Monday joking in the caption, “Oh brother, I’m getting old.”

The birthday post also included a gallery of moments from the past year. Galitzine thanked fans for their support, writing, “Another year of fun. Thanks for the birthday love.”
Galitzine has steadily built a reputation as one of the most versatile actors of his generation since his debut in 2016’s High Strung.
Set to release on June 5, 2026, the Travis Knight-directed Masters of the Universe is based on a script written by Chris Butler and features a cast including Camila Mendes, Jared Leto, Idris Elba, Morena Baccarin, Alison Brie and Charlotte Riley.
Galitzine has previously spoken about the physical demands of portraying He-Man, revealing that he consumed around 4,000 calories a day while following a strict weightlifting and stunt routine.
He told W Magazine, "There's been a lot of eating and weightlifting, a lot of stunts. I'm eating about 4,000 calories a day, but the amount of physical work I'm doing, you end up hungry at the end of the day, which is quite surprising. This is the fun part."
He also acknowledged that once his training cycle shifted, reducing his food intake would likely affect his mood.
