Quinn, the audio platform specializing in romance and erotica storytelling, is teasing the release of a new celebrity-voiced series, Hidden Harbor, set to debut on September 19. While the streaming service has not officially confirmed the cast, fans are convinced that actor Christopher Briney—best known as Conrad Fisher in Prime's The Summer I Turned Pretty—is lending his voice to the upcoming project.
The speculation began after Quinn shared promotional material for Hidden Harbor on Instagram, including a beach-themed teaser and references tied to The Summer I Turned Pretty. Several fans quickly claimed they recognized Briney from the video. “I recognize those hands anywhere,” one user commented. “As a Conrad girlie, I don’t know how you convinced Chris Briney to do it…but thank you.”
The timing of the release also has fans buzzing. The new series will arrive just two days after the finale of The Summer I Turned Pretty, further fueling excitement among Briney’s fanbase. For many, the possibility of hearing him in an intimate new role marks what they’re calling a “major week” for “Conrad girlies.”
Quinn has a history of featuring well-known talent in its original romance content. Previous narrators have included Jamie Campbell Bower, Andrew Scott, Victoria Pedretti, Lucien Laviscount, Kate Moennig, and others. Most recently, Tom Blyth, who portrayed young Coriolanus Snow in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, voiced The Muse, a historical romance series that gained significant attention.
While Quinn has yet to officially announce whether Briney is indeed the star of Hidden Harbor, anticipation remains high. Whether the rumors prove true or not, Quinn’s track record of securing celebrity voices suggests the new series will attract significant attention.
