Following a federal judge’s decision to dismiss 10 of her 13 claims, including sexual harassment allegations, Lively shared an emotional statement addressing the outcome and what comes next.

“I’m grateful for the Court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month,” she said, emphasising that the remaining claims will still move forward to trial.

Despite the dismissal, Lively made her stance clear, adding that she brought the lawsuit due to “pervasive retaliation” she says she experienced after raising concerns about a safe working environment.

She also acknowledged the emotional toll of the case, describing the experience as “unfathomably painful,” while signaling her determination to continue. “I will never stop fighting,” she said in her statement.

The judge’s ruling significantly narrowed the lawsuit, removing claims such as harassment, defamation, and conspiracy, while allowing others, including breach of contract and retaliation, to proceed.

Lively also used her statement to address broader issues, criticising how the case has been framed publicly and pointing to what she described as “digital violence” and the silencing of victims. She expressed hope that her case could encourage others to speak up despite the risks.

Baldoni has denied all allegations, and his legal team has welcomed the court’s decision, calling it a step toward clearing his name.

The case, which stems from their work on the film It Ends With Us, is now set to move forward with a trial scheduled for May, where both sides are expected to present their arguments.

While the ruling marks a significant turning point, Lively’s latest comments make it clear the legal battle is far from over.
