Slaughterhouses: Turkish heavy machinery on its way

LAHORE:

Turkey is transporting construction machinery to Pakistan for the construction of four state-of-the-art slaughterhouses in Punjab, said Turkish-Pakistan Business Council President Hussain Akin in a meeting between a Turkish trade delegation and officials of the Punjab Board of Investment and Trade on Tuesday.

PBIT Vice Chairman Rizwanullah Khan also met the delegation from the Foreign Economic Relations Board and hailed recent investment deals between the Punjab and Turkey as ushering in a “new era of development”.
