HoYoverse and Innersloth have announced a crossover between Genshin Impact and Among Us, bringing Paimon into the social deduction game as a limited-time cosmetic bundle.

Since its rise in popularity in 2020, Among Us has featured a series of high-profile collaborations, including cosmetics from Halo, Ratchet & Clank, Netflix’s Arcane, and the Scream film franchise.

The latest collaboration introduces Genshin’s mascot, Paimon, with themed items that can be unlocked for free.

On September 8, both developers confirmed that players who log in between September 10 at 17:00 UTC and October 10 at 17:00 UTC will receive the bundle at no cost. Once claimed, the items remain permanently available in players’ inventories.

The bundle includes a Paimon Wig, a full costume, and a “Crest of the Best Travel Companion” nameplate.

This allows players to take on the role of the Genshin companion while completing tasks or deceiving opponents in Among Us.

Innersloth joked that one of the Crewmates had become “obsessed with playing Genshin Impact between tasks,” prompting the decision to add Paimon-themed cosmetics.

The collaboration arrives alongside Genshin Impact’s Version Luna I update and anniversary celebrations. As part of these events, HoYoverse is offering players additional rewards, including one free five-star character, 1,600 Primogems, and materials to upgrade the chosen character to level 60.

The crossover, for Among Us, extends the line of special cosmetics, while for Genshin Impact, it connects the popular RPG to a wider player base through its mascot’s appearance in another global title.
