Demi Lovato is continuing her musical evolution, teasing her upcoming single “Here All Night,” a track that builds on the high-energy, electronic style she recently debuted with her summer single “Fast.” In her recent social media posting, Lovato offered fans a short preview of the song’s fast-paced, techno-inspired beat, while peeking through window blinds — a playful nod to the track’s flirtatious vibe.

The post on X was captioned by a cheeky lyric preview: “like counters and elevators, turning on all the neighbors, amateur movie makers (bet you still watch em).”

Though only six seconds long, the teaser has already sparked excitement among fans who have embraced Lovato’s return to club-ready pop.

“Here All Night” follows the release of “Fast,” which marked a sonic pivot from Lovato’s rock-leaning 2022 album Holy Fvck and signaled a return to the dance-pop space. Produced by Zhone, whose past work includes collaborations with Kylie Minogue and Troye Sivan, “Fast” featured pulsating beats, shimmering synths, and a high-energy vocal delivery — all of which appear to continue in this new track.

Lovato has also teased a bold music video to accompany “Here All Night.” Speaking recently, the singer revealed that the shoot included intense choreography and even a stripper pole — though she jokingly admitted she couldn’t actually dance on it. “My knees were black because I was dancing so hard — on the ground, on the table, everywhere,” she shared.

The shift in genre marks another reinvention for Lovato, who explained during a recent appearance on the Chicks in the Office podcast that while her previous rock era was a passion project, it didn’t fully resonate with her. “This one is fun,” she said. “It matches my mood, it feels authentic to where I’m at right now.”

“Here All Night” is expected to continue Lovato’s embrace of high-energy, late-night anthems, as she reclaims the dance-pop sound that helped define some of her biggest hits.
