A Justin Bieber impersonator has been banned from a Las Vegas nightclub after successfully convincing fans, staff, and even a DJ that he was the Canadian pop star.
The incident took place on Saturday, August 16, at XS Nightclub inside the Wynn Las Vegas. French national Dylan Desclos, 29, entered the venue posing as Bieber and was granted access to VIP areas before reportedly charging a $10,000 bar tab. Later in the evening, he joined DJ Gryffin on stage to perform what appeared to be a surprise rendition of Bieber’s 2015 hit “Sorry.”

The packed audience believed Bieber had made an unannounced return to live music, especially given the release of his seventh studio album Swag earlier this year. The album’s lead single “Daisies” recently reached the UK Top 10, lending further credibility to the stunt.
DJ Gryffin, whose real name is Daniel Griffith, later admitted on TikTok that he was fooled by Desclos. He explained that the dark setting and loud music made it difficult to recognize that the man was not Bieber. “So his ‘team’ said he wanted to perform ‘Sorry’… little did I know I was about to be sorry,” Gryffin wrote.
Desclos, who is known online as “Bustin Jieber,” has built a following through viral impersonation stunts and has even crossed paths with Bieber’s wife, Hailey, who once said his resemblance was unsettling.
Following the incident, XS Nightclub confirmed that Desclos has been banned from the venue. Social media users remain divided, with some calling the act a harmless prank and others labeling it potential fraud or identity theft.
