
Rapper Lil Nas X was hospitalized early Thursday morning following a strange incident in Los Angeles, where he was found walking nearly naked down Ventura Boulevard, according to TMZ Hip Hop. The Grammy-winning artist, best known for his breakout hit "Old Town Road," was seen around 4 a.m. wearing only underwear and cowboy boots.
Video obtained by TMZ shows the 25-year-old musician wandering in the street, appearing disoriented and at times placing a traffic cone on his head. He reportedly pointed at a passing vehicle filming him and mumbled about heading to a party.

Sources told TMZ that multiple residents in Studio City contacted the Los Angeles Police Department after spotting a nude man walking in the road. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Lil Nas X still walking in the street. According to law enforcement sources, he allegedly charged at officers before being restrained and placed in handcuffs.

Authorities on the scene suspected a possible drug overdose and immediately called paramedics. Lil Nas X was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, his condition has not been publicly disclosed.
Law enforcement officials told that while he is currently receiving medical care, he could potentially face charges related to the incident depending on the results of the ongoing investigation, as per TMZ.
As of Thursday afternoon, no official statement has been released by Lil Nas X’s representatives regarding his hospitalization or the events leading up to it.
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, rose to fame in 2019 with his viral country-trap single “Old Town Road” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. The song became a cultural phenomenon, topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart for a record-breaking 19 weeks.
