ISLAMABAD: The National Nematological Research Centre at the University of Karachi has won a US patent. The projects conducted by the centre’s director Prof. Dr Shahina Fayyaz were aimed at exploring indigenous organisms called Entomopathogenic Nematodes (EPNs) and use them for pest management in crops, said a press release.
