Lahore court grants interim bail to Rajab Butt, Nadeem Mubarak
Both file bail applications in cases registered by National Crime and Cybercrime Investigation Agency

The sessions court in Lahore on Monday approved interim bail for TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak in a case related to the promotion of a gambling app.
The two social media influencers appeared before the court seeking bail in the ongoing case. Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmad Qureshi heard the plea for interim relief. Rajab Butt was represented by Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq.
The court ordered both accused to cooperate with the ongoing investigation. Rajab Butt had already secured bail from the Islamabad High Court (IHC), which had directed him to appear before the sessions court.
After hearing arguments, the court granted interim bail to both Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak, extending it until January 6. Further hearings in the case are scheduled for the next date.
Both filed bail applications in cases registered by the National Crime and Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

He is widely recognised for his family vlogs, luxury lifestyle, and controversial conduct. He has over 8.2 million subscribers on YouTube and 2.7 million followers on Instagram. Butt has faced legal action in Pakistan over charges related to the promotion of betting apps, and later moved to the United Kingdom.
Nadeem also addressed social media rumours, stating, “It is being circulated that my visa has been removed. My visa has not been removed, as I hold citizenship”.
Butt was allegedly deported from England on a morning flight after British authorities cancelled his visa, according to reports surfacing on December 9. The British government revoked his visa after the Home Department issued a written decision informing him of the cancellation.
However, Butt has denied reports of being deported from the UK, insisting he returned home by choice and not under removal orders.
He confirmed that there are two FIRs registered against him, adding that he has obtained bail from the Islamabad High Court and the case will now proceed.
