Comedian and content creator Michael Pavano has drawn attention for his parody of actress Blake Lively’s recent deposition, which stems from her ongoing legal battle with “It Ends With Us” co-star and director Justin Baldoni.
The skit, posted on Pavano’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, shows him dressed in a blonde wig and beanies—visibly mimicking Lively’s viral It Ends With Us look—while acting out exaggerated legal responses. The video references a number of real-life moments, including Lively being accompanied to the New York deposition by her husband Ryan Reynolds, sister Robyn Lively, and eight lawyers, as reported by Page Six and The New York Post.
Pavano, who has also spoofed Sydney Sweeney in the past, makes several comedic allusions to the case, including jokes about rotating legal teams, craft services drama, and seating arrangements at the film’s premiere. A clip widely shared on social media includes a gag about Lively’s husband rewriting scenes and “controlling snacks on set.”
Lively filed a sexual harassment and defamation lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024 through the California Civil Rights Department. A $400 million countersuit from Baldoni was dismissed in June 2025. The AP and Entertainment Weekly confirm the case is scheduled to go to trial on March 9, 2026.
In recent developments, Lively’s attorneys have filed a motion for sanctions against Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman, alleging unauthorized media leaks of her 292-page deposition transcript. According to People and Business Insider, they are also seeking to seal the document. Over 100 content creators have reportedly been subpoenaed for sharing or commenting on the case online, India Times reports.
Pavano’s spoof arrives amid intensifying public discourse surrounding the case. His combined social media following now exceeds 1.2 million across platforms.
