During Part 1 of The Valley Season 2 reunion, Brittany Cartwright made serious allegations against her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, detailing a volatile incident that occurred amid their separation. Speaking to host Andy Cohen, the 36-year-old reality star claimed Taylor, 46, became physically aggressive after learning she had been involved with a mutual friend.
According to Cartwright, the altercation turned violent when Taylor allegedly threw a coffee table that hit her knee, causing immediate bruising. “He threw both bar stools, he threw my Stanley cup and broke it,” she told Cohen. “He threw my phone and broke it. He threw my laptop and broke it.” Cartwright also accused Taylor of pushing her into rose bushes during the confrontation.
Taylor denied the accusations, but Cartwright asserted that the evidence is captured on their Ring doorbell camera, which she claimed some cast members have seen.
The couple, who married in 2019 and share a four-year-old son, Cruz, separated in February 2024. Cartwright has since filed for divorce and shared that her involvement with their friend Julian helped her regain lost self-worth. “He made me feel sexy, he made me feel beautiful,” she said, emphasizing that their relationship was casual but emotionally significant. She also revealed Taylor had repeatedly body-shamed her, recalling that he once referred to her as a “tree trunk” because of her stretch marks.
The reunion episode also featured a series of heated personal exchanges. Cartwright criticized Taylor's sexual behavior, claiming he had been with OnlyFans models. In response, Taylor accused her of being involved with men who date adult entertainers and claimed to have found “condoms all over the floor” at their home. Cartwright responded, “At least I use them.”
Cartwright noted during a recent Watch What Happens Live appearance that their divorce has been delayed due to incomplete documentation from both parties.
