Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah has rejected bail requests from all 23 shopkeeper suspects allegedly involved in a violent confrontation at the popular tourist site in Murree.
The case involved aerial firing, vandalism, and stone-pelting during a dispute between two local shop groups.
The judge ruled that such acts at a prominent tourist location amounted to spreading terror, and that clear evidence of gunfire and violence had been recorded.
Therefore, none of the detained suspects qualified for bail.
The clash also caused damage to 13 tourist vehicles and triggered panic and stampedes among visitors.
Prosecutor Syed Zaheer Shah argued that the accused openly fired weapons in a peaceful tourist zone, severely disrupting public order and damaging property.
He added that the incident adversely affected tourism in the area.
Murree police had arrested the suspects and transferred them to Adiala Jail. The violent incident took place near Missyari over a hotel-related dispute and involved heavy gunfire.
