Aubrey O’Day, former Danity Kane member, has spoken out as Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile trial nears a possible verdict.

In a televised interview aired in late June 2025, she voiced concern about the consequences of a potential acquittal.

O’Day confirmed she will not be testifying in the case but expressed hope that the prosecution had presented a case so clear that it would leave “nobody… with any questions.”

She emphasized the importance of accountability and stated that she believed many of the allegations brought forward were credible and needed to be fully addressed in court.

She also warned of serious implications if Combs were found not guilty, saying she felt comfortable suggesting that such a verdict could result in “a lot of danger.”

In addition, O’Day criticized Combs for bringing his children into the courtroom during sessions where explicit and graphic testimony was presented. She called the decision “selfish,” voicing concern about the emotional impact such an environment could have on young family members.

As the trial draws to a close, O’Day’s comments add to public discourse surrounding one of the most closely followed celebrity legal cases of the year.
