A vibrant exhibition of artwork by renowned artist Muhammad Qasim was inaugurated at the Punjab Arts Council, Rawalpindi.

The event was officially opened by Federal Minister of State for National Heritage and Culture, Huzaifa Rehman, alongside Director of the Punjab Arts Council Rawalpindi Division, Sajjad Hussain.

Veteran artists Anjum Habibi, Arshad Chahal, Shabbir Zia, and Afzal Latifi, as well as Deputy Director Muhammad Shakoor, students, art enthusiasts, and a large number of people, attended the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Huzaifa Rehman said that his art reflects a blend of keen observation, creative intuition, and rich cultural expression. She reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting artists who promote positive values through their craft.

Hussain expressed gratitude to the attendees and emphasised the council's dedication to nurturing young talent. He noted that the council's "Talent Hunt" initiative plays a key role in bringing emerging artists into the spotlight.

Participants lauded the Punjab Arts Council's efforts to foster creativity and preserve cultural heritage, calling it a vital platform for artistic expression.

The exhibition will remain open to the public for the next few days.
