Passengers on an Avanti West Coast train from London to Liverpool were surprised to find the future king traveling alongside them.

William, 42, was spotted chatting warmly with fellow passengers and railway staff, greeting everyone with a cheerful demeanor as he arrived at Liverpool Lime Street Station.

The day was a heartwarming reminder of Prince William's down-to-earth personality and his dedication to championing causes that support young people.

While visiting Liverpool’s Cycle of Life charity, Prince William revealed a mischievous prank his children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, enjoy pulling during family bike rides.

The Prince of Wales shared that the trio loves using only the back brake on their bikes to slide and spin. "My children quite like pulling just the back brake and sliding along," William said, laughing. "Usually, the back wheel will come past you. There is a technique."

Cycle of Life, supported by Children in Need, helps young people improve their physical and mental health through cycling. During his visit, William helped pump up a bike tyre, sampled hot chocolate, and met youth who benefited from the initiative. Unfortunately, a planned group bike ride had to be canceled due to heavy rain and wind.

The Prince also joined a football game and later met legendary football figures, including former Liverpool player Sir Kenny Dalglish, discussing football rivalries and Liverpool FC's dominance in the Premier League.
