Lauren Sánchez’s sunbathing aboard her fiancé Jeff Bezos’ $500 million yacht, Koru, was interrupted on New Year’s Eve by customs officers conducting a three-hour search, according to Page Six.

Photos obtained by the outlet show the former TV reporter, 55, smiling and posing on the top deck of the luxurious yacht, dressed in a Versace bikini, a black sarong, and a large hat, while the officers inspected other parts of the vessel.

Uniformed officials wearing black life jackets were seen speaking to a stewardess, who appeared to guide them to different areas of the yacht.

At the time, the yacht was near St. Barts, a holiday hotspot for celebrities.

A source told Page Six that while the inspection lasted three hours, it was considered “routine.”

A spokesperson for customs in St. Barts did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Bezos was reportedly not on the yacht during the inspection, and his representative was unavailable for comment.

For the most part, it appeared the officers’ visit did not disrupt the guests, except when a redheaded stewardess was spotted speaking to Sánchez, possibly to update her on the situation.

Sánchez was joined by friends, including her ex-boyfriend Tony Gonzalez, with whom she shares a 23-year-old son, Nikko.

The former NFL player, 48, was seen showing off his toned physique during a swim in the ocean.

Sánchez, who also has two children with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell, has reportedly referred to Gonzalez as one of her closest friends.

This sunny outing followed Sánchez and Bezos’ snowy escapade in Aspen, Colorado, where they celebrated amid rumors of an imminent wedding.

The Amazon founder, 60, shut down speculation of a lavish $600 million New Year’s Eve wedding by addressing the rumors himself on X.
