Gal Gadot has shared her harrowing health journey during her fourth pregnancy, revealing she was diagnosed with a “massive blood clot” in her brain. The "Wonder Woman" star, 39, recounted the “excruciating headaches” that led to an MRI revealing the dangerous condition when she was eight months pregnant with her daughter, Ori.

“In February, during my eighth month of pregnancy, I was diagnosed with a massive blood clot in my brain,” Gadot posted on Instagram Sunday. “For weeks, I had endured excruciating headaches that confined me to bed, until I finally underwent an MRI that revealed the terrifying truth.”

The health scare led to emergency surgery, during which Gadot gave birth to her daughter. She described the experience as a “stark reminder of how quickly everything can change” and expressed gratitude for her recovery. “Today, I am fully healed and filled with gratitude for the life I’ve been given back,” she wrote, thanking Cedars-Sinai's medical team.

Gadot revealed the deeper significance behind her daughter’s name, Ori, meaning “my light” in Hebrew. “Before the surgery, I told Jaron that when our daughter arrived, she would be the light waiting for me at the end of this tunnel.”

Encouraging followers to listen to their bodies, Gadot emphasized her intention to inspire awareness rather than fear. Reflecting on the miracle of childbirth, she shared, “As we celebrate Hanukkah, a holiday of light and miracles, I reflect on the personal miracle I was granted.”
