The mysterious death of a bride, allegedly caused by a pistol shot while making a TikTok video, has taken a shocking turn. Following her burial, police have registered a murder case against her 10-year-old nephew.
The incident occurred in Chak 233 GB, a village near Buchiana, where 19-year-old Fatima Bibi, lost her life on the second day of her wedding.
She was reportedly sitting on her bed when a pistol shot struck her temple, killing her instantly. Family members claimed she was recording a TikTok video when the pistol accidentally discharged.
Upon receiving the information, SP Jaranwala Town and SHO of Police Station Saddar arrived at the scene with their teams.
Initially, based on the family's statements, the police treated the case as an accident under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
However, the case took a dramatic twist the following day, Wednesday, when Police Station Saddar registered a murder case against Fatima's 10-year-old nephew, Arham, son of Qadeer.
The case was filed based on the complaint of Constable Shahid Ali Khan, who was on security duty at the time. The police claimed that villagers had alleged the bride was murdered and this claim was secretly verified before the case was registered.
