ATC declares K-P CM absconder

ISLAMABAD:

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday declared Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur an absconder in the case registered on charges of vandalism during, the 'Azadi March', and ordered for publication of an advertisement in the newspaper, in this regard.

The anti-terrorism court Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case. The court summoned K-P CM on November 21 through the advertisement.

It should be noted that the court had already issued non-bailable arrest warrant for K-P CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
