Kanye West's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has made new shocking claims, alleging that his wife, Bianca Censori, served as his 'orgy coordinator.'

Pisciotta, who is suing West for sexual harassment and stalking from her time working for him in 2021-22, updated her lawsuit on Friday, according to DailyMail.com.

The lawsuit includes disturbing accusations, asserting that West's office was turned into a 'sexual playground,' with Censori acting as his 'sex party coordinator' and willingly taking part in the rapper's 'twisted sexual fantasies.'

Pisciotta also claims that West once grabbed her by the throat in front of an 'unfazed' Censori.

West has previously denied Pisciotta's initial lawsuit, which was filed in June, calling the allegations 'baseless' and accusing her of blackmail and extortion. He has yet to address the updated claims.

These fresh allegations have emerged just days after rumors circulated about a possible split between West and Censori, though the couple was seen together in Japan shortly after.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta asserts that West used his Yeezy offices as a 'sexual playground' to make himself 'feel powerful and secure.' She alleges that a 'makeshift bedroom'—consisting of a mattress, pillows, and blanket in a private room or closet—was frequently set up for West.

The lawsuit also states that West regularly hosted 'sex parties' at luxury hotels and attempted to involve Pisciotta in these events.

Additionally, the suit claims that Censori was his "former sex-party participant and coordinator."

Pisciotta further alleges that after she left her job with West in November 2022, she encountered him and Censori at a Post Malone concert in California.

During their brief encounter, West allegedly grabbed Pisciotta by the throat and put his tongue in her ear, saying, 'I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again.'

According to Pisciotta, Censori was present during the incident, watching 'unfazed' as if accustomed to West's behavior.

The lawsuit further alleges that Censori consensually engaged in 'twisted and bizarre sexual behavior, fantasy, and foreplay' that mirrored West’s conduct at the concert.

Pisciotta also claims West organized multiple 'sex parties,' with Censori attending as an 'on-call sex party participant/employee.'

She further alleges that West had a disturbing sexual obsession, which included a fetish for involving the mothers of his targets, including Censori’s family.

The lawsuit states that West sent Pisciotta a screenshot on September 28, 2022, of a text conversation between him and Censori in which he expressed a desire to engage in sexual activity with her mother.

'i wanna f**k your mum. Before she leaves,' he wrote in a graphic message, according to the lawsuit.

He allegedly asked Pisciotta: 'Should I add I meant I want you to watch me f**k your mom.'
