A business associate of Vem Miller, the man alleged to be a third potential Trump assassin, has spoken out, stating that Miller is a strong supporter of Trump and criticizing the police for failing to recognize that "he's one of us."

Right-wing filmmaker Mindy Robinson claimed Miller has been an active MAGA supporter for several years and insisted he never intended to harm Trump. She shared that she has attended various pro-Trump events alongside Miller, whose complex history was outlined in court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

During an exclusive conversation with DailyMail.com, Robinson described Miller as a journalist and filmmaker.

The duo launched the independent news website AmericaHappens.com after repeatedly being banned from YouTube due to their coverage of conspiracy theories, including their claim that the 2017 Las Vegas shooting was a "cover up" involving "multiple shooters."

"He's a big, huge Trump supporter. It's what we've been doing for years," Robinson said. "He's my friend, we work together."

This aligns with the narrative federal agencies have provided regarding Miller’s arrest.

Sources from the Secret Service told the New York Post that they doubt Miller had any plans to harm Trump, and the FBI is not treating the incident as an assassination attempt.

Miller reportedly dismissed the idea of targeting Trump as "complete bulls***."

"He had no intention to kill Trump," Robinson added. "It's ridiculous. To me, it feels like a setup, or really inadequate police work. A sh***y excuse to get in a car and try to find something wrong with a Trump supporter or something."

Robinson criticized Riverside County police, who stopped Miller at a checkpoint on Saturday. According to reports, Miller presented officers with a fake press and VIP pass for the Coachella Trump rally. A search of his vehicle then uncovered illegal firearms.

"It sounds like it was an excuse to get in the car, look at his sh** mess of a car, and that's when they found a gun. But every gun is illegal in California, it's stupid," she said, referring to California's stricter gun control laws in comparison to other states.

"I couldn't go because I was having some minor surgery. Thank God, because we probably would have carpooled and it'd be a hot mess."

"Someone definitely jumped the gun. And the way they released it wasn't the right way to do that either."
