A Florida woman is facing charges after a fight broke out inside an IHOP in North Miami Beach, where she allegedly attacked a 14-year-old customer.

The June incident was captured on multiple cellphone videos, showing customers engaging in a chaotic brawl, pulling hair, and throwing syrup bottles.

According to the 14-year-old victim, Precious Williams approached their table aggressively, accusing them of "talking badly." The altercation escalated when Williams allegedly grabbed the teen, leading to a larger fight involving other customers. Williams, 34, was arrested and charged with child abuse causing no harm.

Williams, however, denied the allegations, claiming the teen's table had used a racial slur toward her children. She stated that the teen pushed her first, prompting her to grab the teen by the hair in self-defense.

In court, state attorneys offered Williams a plea deal, including one year of probation, anger management, and parenting courses, but she refused, opting for a trial.

Judge William Altfield warned that if convicted, Williams could face up to five years in prison. Her attorney, Matthew Goldkind, argued that the video shows Williams only defending herself. A trial date has not yet been set.
