Arnold Schwarzenegger, known for his iconic roles in action films, still owns the Mr. Freeze suit from 1997’s Batman and Robin and pays Warner Bros. $1 every year to maintain ownership of it. Despite the film's critical failure, Schwarzenegger kept the costume, which serves as a reminder of his career's ups and downs. According to film producer Peter Macgregor-Scott, stars would often keep props from sets and enter agreements with studios. Macgregor-Scott revealed to The Hollywood Reporter, “He had to sign a contract, and I think he pays $1 per year to borrow the costume.”

The Mr. Freeze role was part of Batman and Robin, a film that followed the success of Batman Forever but ultimately failed to impress audiences. Although the movie was not well-received, Schwarzenegger’s connection to the role remains through this unique memorabilia. The actor has also collected other notable props from his film career, including the sword from Conan the Barbarian and guns from the Terminator series.
