British actor Joe Alwyn made a noteworthy appearance at the 81st Venice International Film Festival on September 1, 2024, to premiere his latest film, 'The Brutalist'. The film, which also stars Adrien Brody and Felicity Jones, is directed by Brady Corbet and competes for the Golden Lion Award. Set post-World War II, it follows Hungarian Jewish architect László Tót, portrayed by Brody, as he emigrates to America after surviving the Holocaust.

Alwyn, dressed in a sleek black Gucci suit and sunglasses, discussed his personal and professional life, reflecting on the public's reaction to his breakup with Taylor Swift. In an interview with The Sunday Times Style, Alwyn expressed his discomfort with the public scrutiny following their split in April 2023. He emphasized the couple's decision to keep the details of their relationship private, stating, "It was never something to commodify and I see no reason to change that now."

Alwyn told reporters he has made peace with the public's curiosity and speculation about his personal life despite the challenges associated with fame. He remained discreet about his current relationship status, citing the invasive nature of public attention.

Alwyn's career continues to flourish as he follows his critically acclaimed role in 'The Favourite' with 'The Brutalist'. His previous film, 'Kinds of Kindness', where he starred alongside Emma Stone, will be available on digital platforms starting August 27 and on Blu-ray and DVD by October 8
