Visitor gets father's PhD thesis
Philippine Undersecretary Eduardo Jose de Vega revealed that his father's PhD degree from 1962 was lost in floods.
VC Sindh University Dr. Kalhoro presented him with a copy of the thesis, "A Study of Social and Cultural Patterns in Pakistan." The university's meticulous records preserved the document in excellent condition.
