Chandler Hallow's status with MrBeast questioned following Ava Kris Tyson controversy

Speculation surrounds Chandler Hallow's potential departure from MrBeast after the Ava Kris Tyson controversy

Pop Culture & Art August 09, 2024

Rumors have begun circulating that Chandler Hallow, a prominent member of the MrBeast YouTube channel, may have left the team following the controversy surrounding Ava Kris Tyson. Tyson, who was accused of grooming and fostering inappropriate relationships with minors, resigned from the channel, leading to widespread speculation about the impact on the MrBeast organization. James "MrBeast" Donaldson, the channel's creator, responded to the situation by stating that he had "seen enough online and taken immediate action to remove [Tyson] from the company."

The rumors about Hallow's departure appear to stem from social media posts and YouTube videos spreading misinformation. Some of these posts suggest that Hallow left due to his dissatisfaction with how the Tyson controversy was handled, while others falsely allege that he has accusations of his own. Despite these claims, there has been no official announcement from Hallow regarding his departure from MrBeast.

Hallow was last seen in a MrBeast YouTube video on August 3, titled "Survive 100 Days In Nuclear Bunker, Win $500,000," and also appeared in a recent post on MrBeast's official Instagram page, indicating that he is still involved with the channel. This situation appears to be another case of misinformation spreading in the wake of controversy, as has happened in the past. For example, in July 2022, rumors of a falling out between Hallow and MrBeast arose after Donaldson was absent from Hallow's wedding, only for it to be later clarified that Donaldson was simply ill.

As of now, Hallow has not publicly commented on the Ava Kris Tyson situation or the rumors regarding his status with MrBeast.
