Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo recently had a delightful moment as they saw their likenesses transformed into Mattel dolls.

The two stars, who portray Elphaba and Glinda in the upcoming film adaptation of "Wicked," were overjoyed by their miniature counterparts.

In an Instagram video shared by Erivo, the actresses are seen reacting to their Wicked dolls. Erivo’s doll, dressed as Elphaba with a black dress and pointy hat, and Grande’s Glinda doll, adorned with long blonde hair and a pastel-pink gown, brought visible excitement to the actresses.

Erivo, 37, expressed her delight, writing in the video’s caption, "What a dream come true to be realized as Elphaba and Glinda in the form of Sweet Little dolls. Little Cynthia and little Ari are pleased.”

Grande, 31, exclaimed, “I am going to die!” while commenting on the dolls’ “perfect” and “gorgeous” design. Erivo highlighted details like “baby hairs” and “anxious eyebrows” on her doll.

The dolls were revealed at CinemaCon in Las Vegas this April. The film, directed by Jon M. Chu, is a stage-to-screen adaptation of Stephen Schwartz’s Tony-winning musical, which celebrates its 20th anniversary on Broadway.

The production features Grande and Erivo alongside Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, and other notable actors.

Mattel’s Wicked dolls will be available at Target in North America starting October 1, and globally at other retailers. The first part of "Wicked" hits theatres on November 22, with the second part set for November 26, 2025.
