Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's Daughter Makes Rare Cameo in "Deadpool & Wolverine"

Ryan Reynolds is sharing the spotlight with his family in his latest film, Deadpool & Wolverine. In a delightful surprise, the actor’s 7-year-old daughter, Inez Reynolds, makes a cameo in the film, playing a character named Kidpool. 

Although Inez’s appearance is hidden behind a Deadpool mask, her role adds a special touch to the Marvel sequel.

Blake Lively, Reynolds’ wife and a noted actress, also makes a surprise appearance in the film as Ladypool. Like their daughter, Lively’s face is covered by a mask, making their cameos a hidden gem for fans of the couple.

 

The film, which premiered on July 22, 2024, in New York City, also features the couple’s other children: James, 9, Betty, 4, and their youngest, Olin. Reynolds and Lively welcomed their fourth child on February 12, 2023, though they have yet to reveal Olin's sex.

The premiere at the David H. Koch Theater was a family affair, with Reynolds taking the stage to thank Lively for her support and joking about her stunning outfit. “Her outfit is amazing, spoiler alert,” Reynolds quipped, drawing laughter from the audience.

 

During the event, Reynolds expressed his gratitude for his family’s presence and support, stating, “I love that my entire family is here.” Meanwhile, Lively humorously noted that Reynolds was there to support her, saying, “I feel like he’s my plus one. That’s the energy I’m giving.”
