Ariana Grande is aware that fans are eager to hear Eternal Sunshine performed live, and rest assured, she is devising a plan to make it happen.
The 31-year-old pop star shared her thoughts on touring the new album, which was released on March 8, during the July 9 episode of the Shut Up Evan podcast. She mentioned that while nothing is confirmed yet, in an ideal scenario, she aims to schedule concerts for the LP between the release of her forthcoming Wicked movies.
“I still want it, too,” Grande told host Evan Ross Katz of kicking off a new tour. “I think it would be a really lovely idea to be able to trickle in some shows in between the two Wicked films. I think there’s a version of that that exists.”
The singer also mentioned that her tour, which has not been officially confirmed, will not follow her usual format "for a multitude of reasons," indicating that it will probably consist of a "mini sampling of shows" instead.
“I do think it’d be really nice to do that,” she added, “and it’s something my team and I are working on coming up with options for.”
No specific dates have been established for Grande's tour yet, but fans can anticipate another release: a deluxe edition of Eternal Sunshine. Despite not being labeled as a "super deluxe," the Grammy winner assured Ross Katz that it will include entirely new tracks she has penned recently.
Grande will appear alongside Cynthia Erivo in the first part of Wicked, scheduled for release in theaters on November 22. Part one is slated to premiere on November 26, 2025.
