In an exclusive update from PEOPLE, it's revealed that Ken Urker made the move to New Orleans on June 3 to be closer to his girlfriend, Gypsy-Rose Blanchard, 32.
Blanchard took to social media to mark this significant step in their relationship by posting a montage on Instagram and TikTok.
The collage features snapshots capturing their recent moments together, including scenes from the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival where they shared affectionate moments and enjoyed outdoor activities.
Accompanying the photos was a simple caption of "❤️" on Instagram, while the TikTok post was set to Kelsey Hart's "Life With You."
According to Blanchard's stepmother, Kristy Blanchard, who spoke to PEOPLE in May, Urker had been preparing for the move and securing a place in New Orleans to join Blanchard soon.
The couple, who had dated previously from 2017 to 2019, reconnected earlier this year, following Blanchard's separation from her husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, and subsequent divorce proceedings.
Blanchard clarified to PEOPLE in May that her relationship with Urker resumed from a friendship they maintained over the years, adding that he had been supportive during her emotional journey post-divorce.
She described Urker as her "first love," emphasizing the depth of their connection beyond superficial romance.
The couple's story has been a topic of interest since Blanchard's appearance on Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, where she reflected on their past breakup and the impact it had on her.
