Sabrina Carpenter is reflecting on her Wembley Stadium debut performance.
A day after performing at Capital's Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium, the singer, 25, reflected on the milestone in an emotional Instagram post.
"Brina’s first wembleyyyy thank you @capitalofficial for having us at your summertime ball. 80,000 of you singing along did not feel real :’) you’ve been so good to me UK thank you!!!!" Carpenter wrote.
The post included photos from Carpenter's performance alongside a photo of fans holding up signs that read "Sabrina time ball" and included the name of her latest single, "Please Please Please."
The comment section was filled with various congratulatory comments, such as one that referenced her song "Espresso," reading, "You're working late cause you're playing in a stadium with 80,000 people!"
Capital FM's official Instagram account shared a video of Carpenter overcome with emotion as the crowd erupted in cheers. As she took a moment to look out into the audience, she caught the sight of a little girl holding a sign that read, "Please sign here," to which Carpenter happily obliged.
Apart from "Espresso" and "Please Please Please," the pop star's setlist also included the tracks "Read Your Mind," "Feather / Lovefool," "Because I Liked a Boy," and "Nonsense."
The performance comes two weeks after Carpenter announced the upcoming release of her highly anticipated album ‘Short n’ Sweet.’
"MY NEW ALBUM IS COMING OUT AUGUST 23rd!!!!💋. This project is quite special to me and I hope it’ll be something special to you too," shared Carpenter next to a photo of the album cover on Instagram.
