Quinta Brunson, known for acting in and writing for mockumentary series “Abbott Elementary,” recently opened up about a surprising “dream” project.
Brunson, known for her comedic talents, revealed in a roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter that she aspires to create a children's show inspired by the Australian animated series ‘Bluey.’
“Okay, this is going to sound dumb, but I know about Bluey because of my nieces and nephews,” she admitted. “My dream is to make a Bluey, something so silly and unrelated to me, and I get to hide in the shadows.”
‘Bluey,’ which has won numerous awards, follows the playful adventures of a Blue Heeler puppy named Bluey, her younger sister Bingo, and their parents. The show is known for its heartwarming portrayal of family life and imaginative play.
This isn't the first time Brunson has hinted at future endeavors beyond comedy. During a recent appearance on ‘The Drew Barrymore Show,’ she expressed her love for Hallmark Channel's holiday movies and her desire to anonymously write one.
