Sean "Diddy" Combs’ music wiped from all Peloton products

Peloton has decided to remove the music of rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs and his Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series from its platform. This action comes after a troubling surveillance video from 2016 surfaced, revealing Combs engaging in aggressive behavior towards his ex-partner, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura.

Just three days after the video made headlines, the fitness company announced its choice to cease playing Diddy's popular songs.

"We take this issue very seriously and can confirm Peloton has paused the use of Sean Combs' music, as well as removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series, on our platform," read Peloton's statement.

"This means our instructors are no longer using his music in any newly produced classes. Again, thank you for sharing your concerns and thank you for being a member of our Peloton community," it closed.

Peloton's statement was issued on its exclusive member's Facebook page, prompted by a user expressing concern: "Dear Peloton, Your next purge needs to be all Diddy classes. Signed, women everywhere."

The company ceased using Kanye West's music in its on-demand library following his antisemitic controversy, indicating that Diddy is not the initial artist to be removed from the platform.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams is also attempting to separate himself from the troubled music figure's situation, stating that Diddy's key to the city is at risk of being revoked.

Only after the video surfaced did Diddy issue a public apology, admitting to reaching "rock bottom" and seeking rehabilitation following the incident. Cassie's lawyer, Meredith Firetog, criticized the rap mogul for his "pitiful" reaction.

"Combs’ most recent statement is more about himself than the many people he has hurt," she remarked in her statement shared on X.
