The respective agencies for TWICE's Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin's have officially responded to their dating rumours.

SWAY, a Korean media outlet, reported on March 25, that Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin first became acquainted through a mutual friend. They developed a bond through their shared interest in exercise and have allegedly been dating for a year.

The media outlet revealed that the two stars were spotted on a date in Seoul's trendy Geumho neighbourhood (Seongdong District). According to sources, their shared love of fitness sparked their budding romance, with the couple frequently working out together.

"Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin are sports enthusiasts. Yoon Sung Bin taught Jihyo how to exercise and became acquainted with her," an insider shared. "They had a lot in common, so they quickly developed into a romantic relationship."

In response to the report, JYP Entertainment stated, “It is difficult to confirm as it is [the artist's] personal matter. We ask for your understanding.”

Yun Sung Bin's agency, All That Sports, also responded, “As he is no longer an active athlete, we do not manage his personal life. It is difficult to confirm.”

TWICE made their first comeback since the release of their EP Ready to Be (featuring the English single "Moonlight Sunrise" and lead track "Set Me Free").

On February 23, 2024, they released their 13th mini album, With YOU-th, including the pre-release track "I GOT YOU". The nine-member group consists of Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu.

Yun Sung Bin, the first Asian athlete to win a gold medal in skeleton (2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics), has retired from the sport. He now focuses on his successful YouTube channel as an entertainer.
