Special Branch has been given the task of identifying illegal immigrants residing across Balochistan, with a strict deadline of October 31 for their expulsion.
More than 1,000 Afghan families have already been successfully repatriated via the Chaman border, and the provincial government has issued a stern warning against foreign nationals who are illegally living in the province, effective from November 1.
Balochistan’s Caretaker Information Minister, Jan Achakzai, made a significant announcement regarding the repatriation of Afghan refugees through the Chaman border.
The Pakistani government’s efforts to address the issue of illegal immigrants have gained momentum in light of the federal government’s set deadline, he explained, with over 1,000 Afghan refugee families already repatriated.
Achakzai stressed that the November 1 deadline applies not only to Afghan refugees but to all undocumented immigrants living in the province.
