The Sindh High Court has sought a response from the Federl Investigation Agency (FIA), the federal government and others on September 22, restraining the department from 'harassing' PTI Karachi Division Finance Secretary on the issue of prohibited funding.
The petitioner's lawyer said that M Javed is ready to cooperate with the FIA in the investigation. FIA should be restrained from harassing the petitioner.
The court directed the PTI's secretary finance to cooperate in the investigation.
The court has asked the FIA, the federal government and others to respond on September 22. FIA had summoned PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Asad Umar and others for investigation.
