Renowned filmmaker Shoaib Mansoor has unveiled the title teaser of his much-awaited, upcoming film, Aasmaan Bolay Ga, and announced that it is coming soon!
Taking to social media on the first day of Eid, Mansoor shared the title teaser of the venture starring Maya Ali and Emmad Irfani, to write, “There you go! The wait is finally over! Ladies and gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelts and brace yourselves for the skies!” He added, “[My] new adventure and venture, Aasmaan Bolay Ga is on the horizon to take you on an unforgettable journey! Sit tight!”
The video unveils what appears to be an airplane control panel, declaring that the makers of Khuda Kay Liye and Bol are set to board the flight of their lives, taking us with them. In December 2020, Ali had revealed that she feels “blessed” to be working with Mansoor. Since Aasmaan Bolay Ga was set to go on floors at the time.
Sharing a candid picture of herself with Mansoor, the Teefa in Trouble actor had written: "First day on the set of #ABG, blessed to have gotten a chance to work with the great Shoaib Sahab." Ali’s cohorts also shipped the maven and the starlet’s affiliation. "Aaaah! Best of luck Maya! You’re working with the best," commented Mahira Khan, who’s worked with Mansoor numerous times. "Best of luck Maya," commented Minal Khan. "All the best Maya," wished Zara Noor Abbas.
At present, not much is known about the film. But it will mark the first time Irfani plays a prominent role in a feature. The Jalan actor had expressed his excitement over the prospect of working with Mansoor earlier. “I'm really excited and looking forward to working with someone of the stature of Shoiab sir. To me, it is an opportunity of a lifetime as he is a colossus when it comes to modern Pakistan cinema,” Irfani had told The Express Tribune. He had said about Ali, “Maya is a very good actress and I'm sure we will make a great team under Shoaib Mansoor’s captaincy.”
Ali was last seen in Parey Hut Love alongside Sheheryar Munawar, while, Irfani made a cameo in 7 Din Mohabbat In. Mansoor’s last film was Khan and Haroon Shahid's Verna.
