Commissioner calls for upkeep of Korangi district

Detailed presentation was made by DC about the demography of the district as well as the details of the issues

KARACHI:

Karachi Commissioner Muhammad Iqbal Memon has urged district administration officers to resolve civic issues of the people of Korangi.

He was in Korangi district as part of his visits to the different districts of the city to make decisions for the resolution of issues and to bring improvement in the lives of the people.

During his visit to the district, he chaired a meeting at the Office of Deputy Commissioner Korangi to get feedback from the officers of the subdivisions.

Korangi DC Saleemullah Odho, assistant commissioner and mukhtiarkar of the district attended the meeting.

On this occasion a detailed presentation was made by the deputy commissioner about the demography of the district as well as the details of the issues and the efforts being made by the concerned officials for bringing improvement for a better city. Commissioner also visited Sindh Government Hospital Korangi No 5 and EBM causeway to inspect the work of improvement at causeway.
