Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) conducted a free webinar series, ‘Ace through Challenging Times’, to facilitate teachers in addressing some of the teaching and learning challenges of virtual learning during the coronavirus pandemic.
More than 1,400 teachers from across Pakistan registered for the webinars. The majority of those teachers, however, were based in Sindh.
One of the teachers from Nusrat Jehan College said, “AKU-EB webinars were the best [solution to assist teachers with] preparing students for 2021 examinations.”
In this regard, AKU-EB examination board director Dr Shehzad Jeeva said highlighted the importance of addressing students’ anxiety around 2021 examinations and expressed hope that the webinars would help teachers in addressing the issue.
He called for a collaboration between educational institutions in addressing teaching and learning challenges.
