SWAT:

Rescue 1122 teams went above and beyond to save a female dog with her 'just a day-old' five off springs, caught in flooding after torrential rains hit Swat's Marghzar Town, on Friday.

Speaking to The Express Tribune, an official of the Rescue 1122 said that they were informed that five puppies had been stuck for very long with chances of being washed away if not rescued on time. On this, a team of rescuers was dispatched to the area which managed to vacate the five pups from the flood water flowing at high speed.

“A female dog had given birth to five pups on a high ground in the middle of a nullah but water level increased considerably after a heavy downpour and one-day-old pups were trapped completely,” he said. The rescue official also shared that due to timely action on the part of their teams all five pups were rescued successfully.
