KARACHI:

Lashing out against unfavourable trade conditions, inefficient policies and increasing inflations, traders announced on Wednesday that they would launch a rally, where they would honk vehicle horns outside the National Assembly to ‘wake up the sleeping rulers.’ The rally will be led by small traders’ leaders Ajmal Houti and Naeem Mir, with traders from across the country to gather in Islamabad on July 18. The aim of the campaign is to put forward demands that include the immediate reduction of utility bills, prices of petroleum products and other items of essential use.
