An accountability court directed on Monday the witness presented by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to continue his statement at the next hearing of a case pertaining to corruption worth Rs5.76 billion in the Sindh Information Department. The accused, former provincial information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and others, appeared before the court. Meanwhile, the witness presented by NAB, Sohail Ahmed, recorded his statement. The court adjourned the hearing till August 6, directing Ahmed to continue his statement at the next hearing.
